The Legal Aid teamsupports asylum seekers throughout the complex process of obtaining refugee status and accessing their rights in France. Our volunteers accompany newcomers step by step, from asylum application preparation and OFPRA interviews to follow-ups with legal, medical, and social institutions.

Working in collaboration with a network of dedicated partners:  including the Alliance des Avocats pour les Droits de l’Homme (AADH), Femmes de la Terre, Barreau de Paris Solidarité, Watizat, and Maître Domitille Nicolet, the team ensures that each person receives accurate information, legal expertise, and compassionate supportat every stage of their administrative journey.

Beyond legal procedures, the Legal Aid team helps individuals understand and navigate the French system, fostering autonomy and confidence as they rebuild their lives in a new country.

Their mission goes far beyond paperwork: it is about restoring dignity, trust, and empowerment to people whose lives have been disrupted by displacement.
