The Social Activities teamplays a key role in fostering inclusion, friendship, and well-being among the people we support. By organising a wide range of activities, from board games and creative workshops to sports sessions and cultural outings like museum visits, the team helps asylum seekers and refugees reconnect with a sense of normalcy, joy, and community life.

These moments of exchange go beyond leisure: they create safe, welcoming spaces where participants and volunteers can meet, share experiences, and build genuine relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.

The team regularly collaborates with JRS France (Jesuit Refugee Service) and several Haltes Humanitaires across Paris, which generously host our activities and provide spaces that make these gatherings possible. Their support allows SPRH to offer consistent, accessible, and meaningful opportunities for social connection throughout the year.

Through each event, the Social Activities team seeks to restore a sense of belonging and to remind everyone involved, refugees and students alike, that solidarity is built, above all, through human connection.
