About the Helpdesk

Who we are?

The Helpdesk team is SPRH's point of call for any questions or concerns from Asylum Seekers regarding a whole range of subjects such as access to medical care, asylum procedure, and more. We are a small team who strives working to minimalise the language barrier and other accessibility problems that stop Asylum Seekers and Refugees getting the help they are entitled to once in France.

How can we help?

Whatever your question or concern may be the process is the same:

1. First contact the help desk team via email at administration@refugeehelp.fr

2. The team will then reply as soon as possible with any follow up questions

3. Next the team will research and brainstorm for solutions for you

4. Our advice will be sent through to you

THE HELPDESK COORDINATORS

ERICA MOREIRA

Hey!! I’m Érica. I am a 21-year-old girl originally from Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Coimbra and I am a first-year Master's student in International Governance and Diplomacy. I do believe it is our duty as privileged to help, include, and integrate. Always motivated to be an active agent of change, I decided that SPRH was the ideal organisation to be, to have an impact, learn and contribute. You can count on me as one of the coordinators of the Helpdesk team, from the Asylum Aid Department.

MATHILDE GRATALOUP

Hi ! I am Mathilde, a 20 year old French student in the Master’s degree of Human Rights and Humanitarian Action. I am one of the coordinators for the Helpdesk within the Asylum Aid team ! I have been involved with SPRH before, during my bachelor in Paris and I wanted to continue offering concrete help to asylum seekers by answering their questions, providing advice and solutions !
